DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard delivery: 5-7 business days from invoice date

Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days from invoice date (Available only if you pay for shipping.)

Orders are delivered primarily through Canada Post and UPS.
In certain circumstances, delivery of orders can also be made through courier and delivery companies recognized in Canada (for example: Fedex, etc.).

All orders are delivered according to the option you have chosen and to the address indicated, which must be accurate.

In store and by post

PURCHASES MADE ONLINE:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.

Please note that delivery times are included in this period, so we encourage our customers to inspect their items promptly upon receipt.”

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Delivery costs:

If you need to return an item to us, we will refund the purchase amount less the initial delivery costs , even if delivery was free.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).

Return process:

1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization and necessary instructions.

Refund :

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 business days .

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
